Patty’s continued success in a variety of sales and marketing related positions makes her ideally suited to help you with a wide range of challenges. Her experience includes managing and expanding a large product line for a multi-national electronics company and developing global marketing and client partnerships for an international events company. Her passion for working with small businesses, however, was born from owning and operating a successful business together with 4 partners. With this, she established the brand, developed the marketing strategy and content and ultimately grew the customer base enough to sell the business for profit.
Patty has assisted numerous businesses involved in new media, branding and hospitality on a range of challenges such as business development, pricing strategies, client retention, customer service and marketing.
Patty graduated Magnum Cum Laude from Gettysburg College with a double major in Management and Psychology and has an MBA from the Wake Forest School of Management. In her spare time you can find her running around on the tennis court or jumping up on stage to belt out a few tunes.

My company name is taken from my late grandfather (Papoú) Steve D. Koules who owned and operated the Ball Square Grill in Somerville, MA from the mid 1950′s to the early 70′s. He was a hard-working, inspiring and honorable man who never knew a stranger and had enough great one liners to fill a book. His business was rooted in community and served to connect people from all walks of life. With P.H. Koules Consulting, I strive daily to measure up to my grandfather’s high standards with the grace and good humor that characterized his life.
